This group is an organized and facilitated gathering of clinicians, coming together to support one another and share ideas for ethical, culturally sensitive practice.  Often ethics and cultural competence, as well as other pertinent issues, are important but far down on the totem pole at agencies in which we work. By design, this is a small group of clinicians, so that trust and professional connections can be fostered, as we support one another in best practice for those we are here to serve.
